Domestic Orders (USA)

Bristol Electronics offers several different shipping options for domestic orders:

Option 1: Use Your Own Shipping Account
  • Ship freight collect using your own shipping account number
  • Choose the service you desire with the freight carrier you prefer
  • We offer the services of UPS, FedEx, and DHL
  • No service charges or additional fees when using your own account
  • Payment for the product(s) ordered is the only requirement
Option 2: UPS Shipping (Cost Added to Order)

If you do not have your own shipping account, we offer UPS services with the cost of freight added to your order:

  • 1 Day Delivery
  • 2 Day Delivery
  • 3 Day Delivery
  • Ground Delivery

Both options are available during the checkout process for domestic orders.

International Orders

There are two available shipping options for International orders:

Option 1: Ship Freight Collect
  • Provide your valid UPS, FedEx, or DHL account number at checkout
  • Choose from several international shipping methods
  • No additional fees or service charges added to your order
  • Payment required only for the product(s) ordered
Option 2: Flat Rate Shipping - $85.00
  • Ship anywhere in the world for a flat rate of $85.00
  • Delivery via FedEx International Priority
  • Flat rate fee of $85.00 added to shopping cart at checkout
  • Receiver is responsible for all duties and taxes

All major credit cards are accepted plus the option to checkout using your PayPal account.

Secure Server Technology

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider's database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site or place an order. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name or email address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To improve customer service - Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs
  • To process transactions - Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested

We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

Your Consent

By using our site, you consent to our online privacy policy.

Claims for Shortages or Damaged Product

All claims for shortages or damaged product must be made within 10 days after receipt of goods. Our liability is limited to replacing the product or refunding the total invoice value.

Returns Policy

All returns are subject to prior approval. No returned goods will be accepted unless the return has been previously agreed to and has an associated RMA number.

Please contact our customer service team to request an RMA number before returning any products.

60 Day Warranty

A 60 day warranty is standard for all product that fails to meet the original manufacturer's specifications. A failure report is required on all product with functionality issues.

By accepting and/or paying for the goods identified in the web order, invoice, or any other documentation - the buyer expressly acknowledges agreement with the standard 60 day warranty set forth by Bristol Electronics. Any purchase order, acknowledgement form, or any other terms of the buyer different from or in addition to the stated terms are specifically rejected and shall not have the effect of modifying the standard 60 day warranty.

Product Application Disclaimer

Bristol Electronics assumes no responsibility for the application of any product. No warranty shall be made towards product capability in regards to the buyer's use or circuit design.
